Wedding and Celebration Cakes
Ruth trained at Ashton-under-Lyne College where she gained City and Guilds qualifications in Basic and Advanced Bread and Confectionery making and Advanced Cake making.
Having made cakes for family and friends she turned professional 3 years ago. Ruth makes a wide variety of cakes including diabetic, gluten free and egg free, which are made to order.
If you would like to order a fruit cake at least 3 months notice will be needed to allow the cake to have time to Mature properly and improve in flavour.
Sugar Flowers and Novelty Cakes can also be ordered from Ruth.
