Cheryl’s work has featured in magazine’s alongside top chefs including: the Hairy Bikers, Paul Hollywood, Marcus Wareing, Louisa Zissman of TV’s Apprentice & Zoe Clark to name a few.

Cheryl takes a deep interest in the science as well as the art of baking and her expertise as a creative designer, recipe writer, food blogger & sugar artist has brought regular writing commissions from various – baking, wedding & sugar art magazines. In a ‘cake shell’ Cheryl is a: Foodie, baker, artist, sculptor & designer, who.. is passionately bonkers about all things sweet.. particularly cake…& sharing an obscene amount of it wherever she shall roam!

Cheryl focuses on your needs & requirements – whether it be; romance, fashion, theatre, or love adaptation, sensory & visual perception & memories. In turn, the offerings here at Riviera are that of Sweet culinary exploration ‘especially for you.’ Every cake is finished with passion, focus & astute attention to detail.
Frosting
Riviera Couture’s creative process is part of the experience for the customer. Cheryl takes clients through every stage of a commission. This can include – inspiration boards, drawings/sketches, colour schemes and consultations/cake tastings. And as the end product is too scrumdidlyumptious to survive, there is the option of having a professional photographer to ensure there is a keepsake.
Decoration
Riviera listen to your needs & requirements. Cheryl shall work closely with you to compliment your initial concept, idea/theme to ensure you receive a ‘dreamlike cake centrepiece,’ which shall be admiringly remembered by all for years to come!
